NRC Submits Proposed Information Collection for Small Entity Size Standards Rulemaking

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has recently submitted a proposed collection of information to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, in support of rulemaking for NRC's Small Entity Size Standards. The NRC aims to gather data from its materials licensees to inform the development of these standards.
