U.S. Department of the Army to Amend Nuclear Materials License at Jefferson Proving Ground

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued an environmental assessment and found no significant impact for a proposed amendment to the Army's license for the Jefferson Proving Ground, which would allow possession of nuclear materials for decommissioning purposes.
