NRC Reviews Proposed License Amendment for Perry Nuclear Power Plant

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is reviewing a proposed license amendment to the Facility Operating License NPF-58 for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant (PNPP), Unit No. 1, which would update the emergency response organization positions in the plant's emergency plan. The NRC has issued an environmental assessment and determined that the proposed change is not likely to have a significant impact.
