FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company Receives NRC Approval for Decommissioning Funding Plans for Davis-Besse ISFSI

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued an environmental assessment and a finding of no significant impact for its review and approval of decommissioning funding plans submitted by FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company for the Davis-Besse independent spent fuel storage installation in Ohio, following reviews of plans submitted in 2012 and 2015.
