U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Proposes Amendment to Spent Fuel Storage Regulations for Holtec International's HI-STAR 100 Storage System

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to amend its spent fuel storage regulations to include Amendment No. 3 to Certificate of Compliance No. 1008 for Holtec International's HI-STAR 100 Storage System, which revises technical specifications for storing pressurized-water reactor spent fuel.
