Duke Energy Florida Seeks NRC Approval for License Transfer at Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Plant

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission is considering Duke Energy Florida's application to transfer the operating license for Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant to a subsidiary of Accelerated Decommissioning Partners, with the goal of amending the facility's licenses for administrative purposes.
