Exelon Generation Company LLC Seeks Exemptions from U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station Unit 1 Decommissioning Activities

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering exemptions for Exelon Generation Company, LLC, to use funds from the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 decommissioning trust fund for spent fuel management activities without prior NRC notification.
