US Government to Impose 2% Tax on Foreign Procurement Contracts
The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration are issuing a final rule to impose a 2% tax on contract payments made to foreign entities for goods or services under certain federal government contracts.
