DOD, GSA, and NASA Propose Amendments to Federal Acquisition Regulation for Joint Ventures

The Department of Defense (DOD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to update rules for joint ventures involving the Small Business Administration (SBA), which were first introduced in a 2016 Federal Register publication.
