DOD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Task Orders via Fax or Electronic Commerce

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued a final rule that allows task or delivery orders to be issued via facsimile or electronic commerce, and clarifies when an order is considered issued in these methods.
