DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue New Rule Prohibiting Contracting with Companies Using Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are issuing a new rule requiring contractors to disclose annually whether they use covered telecommunications equipment or services, in accordance with the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019.
