DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Adjust Acquisition-Related Thresholds for Inflation

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are implementing a final rule to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) thresholds for inflation, based on the Consumer Price Index for all urban consumers, excluding certain statutes and trade agreements.
