DOD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Remove FAR Appendix References

The Department of Defense (DOD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued a final rule to remove references to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) appendix, while keeping the Cost Accounting Standards Board regulations available in the Code of Federal Regulations.
