DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Update Federal Acquisition Regulation

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are removing outdated definitions from the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and reorganizing the definition of 'affiliates' to improve small business program regulations.
