DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Update FAR Excess Personal Property Procedures

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are updating the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to modernize procedures for identifying and disposing of excess personal property within government agencies.
