DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Documenting Market Research in Federal Acquisition Regulation

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are implementing a new rule requiring federal agencies to document the results of market research for acquisitions, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020.
