DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Taxes for Foreign Contracts in Afghanistan

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are introducing new clauses to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to inform contractors about tax requirements when working in Afghanistan.
