U.S. Trade Representative Modifies Section 301 Action on China Products

The U.S. Trade Representative has reduced the rate of additional duty on certain Chinese products from 15 percent to 7.5 percent, following the President's direction, as part of a modification to the Section 301 investigation into China's acts, policies, and practices related to technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation.
