U.S. Trade Representative Designates Countries for Special Subsidy and Import Volume Standards

The U.S. Trade Representative is designating WTO members eligible for special de minimis countervailable subsidy and negligible import volume standards under the countervailing duty law, replacing superseded designations previously contained in the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative's rules.
