U.S. Trade Representative Extends Certain Exclusions for 12 Months

The U.S. Trade Representative has determined to extend certain exclusions granted in March 2019 for up to 12 months, following a public comment process initiated in December 2019, as part of the ongoing efforts to address China's acts, policies, and practices related to technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation.
