Notice of Product Exclusions: China's Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation

The U.S. Trade Representative has granted exclusion requests for certain products from additional duties imposed on goods from China, valued at approximately $200 billion, as part of the Section 301 investigation into China's acts, policies, and practices related to technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation. This decision corrects a technical error in a previously announced exclusion.
