U.S. Trade Representative Extends Exclusions for Certain Chinese Goods

The U.S. Trade Representative has decided to extend exclusions for certain Chinese goods until December 31, 2020, following a public comment period that began in March 2020, as part of the $34 billion action related to China's acts, policies, and practices on technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation.
