U.S. Trade Representative Announces Product Exclusion Amendments for China

The U.S. Trade Representative is making technical amendments to previously announced exclusions for certain Chinese products, following a product exclusion process initiated in June 2019, in response to China's acts, policies, and practices related to technology transfer, intellectual property, and innovation.
