U.S. Trade Representative Requests Comments on Extension of Exclusions from $300 Billion China Trade Action

The U.S. Trade Representative is seeking public comments on extending exclusions from additional duties imposed on $300 billion worth of Chinese goods, which are set to expire on September 1, 2020, and could be extended for up to 12 months.
