Request for Comments and Notice of Public Hearing Concerning Russia's Implementation of Its WTO Commitments

The U.S. Trade Policy Staff Committee (TPSC) is seeking public comments to help the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) prepare its annual report on Russia's compliance with its World Trade Organization (WTO) commitments. Due to COVID-19, the public will be able to submit written comments instead of attending an in-person hearing.
