U.S. Trade Representative Extends Certain Exclusions from Additional Duties on Chinese Goods

The U.S. Trade Representative has determined to extend certain product exclusions from additional duties on Chinese goods, which were set to expire on September 1, 2020, and will now expire on December 31, 2020, allowing for up to 12 months of continued exclusion for certain products.
