U.S. Trade Representative Extends Product Exclusions and Modifies Duties on Medical-Care Products from China

The U.S. Trade Representative has extended exclusions from additional duties on certain medical-care products needed to address the COVID-19 outbreak and made further modifications to remove duties on additional medical-care products, following a public comment period initiated in March 2020.
