U.S. International Trade Commission Issues General Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Orders for Certain Height-Adjustable Desk Platforms and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has issued a general exclusion order to prohibit the importation of certain height-adjustable desk platforms that infringe on several patents, and has also issued cease and desist orders against certain respondents who failed to participate in the investigation, bringing the investigation to a close.
