U.S. International Trade Commission Extends Investigation Timeline for Certain Motorized Vehicles and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review a final initial determination finding a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, and has extended the target completion date for the investigation by five business days to March 20, 2020.
