US International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Order Against Hitachi

The US International Trade Commission has determined that Hitachi Koki U.S.A., Ltd. has violated Section 337, and as a result, has issued a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order against the company, effectively terminating the investigation.
