US International Trade Commission to Investigate Swedish Match and Others for Patent Infringement on Nicotine Pouches

The US International Trade Commission has been asked to investigate Swedish Match North America, NYZ AB, Pinkerton Tobacco Co., and wm17 holding GmbH for allegedly infringing on a US patent related to nicotine pouches and components, following a complaint filed on February 10, 2020.
