U.S. International Trade Commission Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Order Against Ningbo Huadian Cross Country Automobile Accessories Co., Ltd.

The U.S. International Trade Commission has issued a limited exclusion order against Ningbo Huadian Cross Country Automobile Accessories Co., Ltd. for infringing on Certain Pickup Truck Folding Bed Cover Systems and Components Thereof, and also issued a cease and desist order against the company, effectively terminating the investigation.
