U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into COVID-19 Related Goods and Tariffs

The U.S. International Trade Commission has initiated an investigation into imported goods related to the COVID-19 response, following a request from the House Committee on Ways and Means and the Senate Committee on Finance, in response to the Tariff Act of 1930
