US Commission Launches Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations into PC Strand Imports

The US Commission has initiated antidumping and countervailing duty investigations into PC strand imports from 13 countries, including Argentina, Colombia, and Turkey, alleging they are sold at below fair value and subsidized by the Turkish government. The preliminary phase investigation must be completed by June 1, 2020, or within 45 days if Commerce extends the deadline.
