U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Investigation Termination

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting an unopposed motion to end an investigation into Certain Spa Pumps, Jet Pump Housings, Pedicure Spas, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same, following the withdrawal of the complaint.
