U.S. International Trade Commission Affirms Violation of Section 337, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Order

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that Milan Import Export Company, LLC, Wellpine Company Limited, and Zhuoye Lighter Manufacturing Co., Ltd. have infringed on BIC Corporation's trade dress, resulting in the issuance of a general exclusion order and a cease and desist order, and the termination of the investigation.
