U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Initial Determination in Fiber Optic Equipment Case

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting a motion to amend the complaint and notice of investigation, adding AFL Telecommunications and terminating AFL Holdings
