Novartis Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Pre-Filled Syringes

Novartis Pharma AG, Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, and Novartis Technology LLC have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain pre-filled syringes for intravitreal injection infringe on a U.S. patent and request the Commission to investigate and issue exclusion orders.
