U.S. International Trade Commission Reviews Part of Final Initial Determination in Certain Dental and Orthodontic Scanners and Software Case

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to review a part of a final initial determination finding a violation of Section 337 in a case involving Certain Dental and Orthodontic Scanners and Software, and is seeking written submissions on remedy, public interest, and bonding by September 28, 2020.
