US Commission Schedules Final Phase of Anti-Dumping Investigation into Korean 4th Tier Cigarettes

The US International Trade Commission has scheduled the final phase of an investigation into whether imports of 4th tier cigarettes from Korea are harming the US cigarette industry, following a preliminary determination by the US Department of Commerce that these imports are being sold at below-market prices.
