Cree Lighting Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over LED Patent Infringement

Cree Lighting, a leading manufacturer of LED lighting products, has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies have infringed on its patents for LED technology, and is seeking a limited exclusion order and a cease and desist order to protect its intellectual property.
