US International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation, Issues Exclusion Orders Against Defaulting Respondents

The US International Trade Commission has determined to issue limited exclusion orders and cease and desist orders against three companies, AJ Auto Spare Parts FZE, John Auto Spare Parts Co. LLC, and Cuong Anh Co. Ltd, for defaulting in the investigation, and has also imposed a bond equal to 100% of the entered value of the infringing products imported during the period of review.
