USITC Affirms Violation of Section 337, Issues Exclusion Order on Child Resistant Closures

The US International Trade Commission has affirmed a violation of Section 337 by certain companies, issuing a general exclusion order to bar the importation of child resistant closures with slider devices that infringe on three patents.
