Hydro Flask and Helen of Troy Limited File Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Vacuum Insulated Flasks

Hydro Flask of Bend, Oregon, and Helen of Troy Limited of El Paso, Texas, have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain vacuum insulated flasks and components infringe on several U.S. design patents and trademarks, and that an industry exists in the United States to support the claim.
