General Electric Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Wind Turbine Patents

General Electric Company has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies have infringed on its patents for variable speed wind turbine generators and components, and is seeking a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
