USITC Affirms Part of Remand Decision, Reverses Part, and Terminates Investigation into Certain Footwear Products

The U.S. International Trade Commission has upheld a general exclusion order against footwear products infringing on the '753 trademark, while reversing a part of a remand decision, and has also issued cease and desist orders against two respondents found in default, bringing the investigation to a close.
