University of California Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over LED Patent Infringement

The Regents of the University of California have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission, alleging that certain companies have infringed on their patents for filament light-emitting diodes and products containing them, and requesting the Commission to investigate and issue exclusion orders.
