US Commission Schedules Final Phase of Anti-Dumping Investigation into Korean Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene Imports

The US International Trade Commission has scheduled the final phase of an investigation into whether imports of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene from Korea are harming the US industry, following a preliminary determination by the US Department of Commerce that the imports are sold at less-than-fair-value.
