U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Patent Infringement by Philips
Koninklijke Philips N.V. and Philips North America LLC have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging patent infringement by certain digital video-capable devices and components, and requesting an investigation and potential exclusion orders.
