U.S. Commission Schedules Final Phase of Investigation into Chinese Small Vertical Shaft Engines

The U.S. Commission has announced the final phase of an investigation into whether imports of Chinese small vertical shaft engines are harming the U.S. industry, following a preliminary determination by the Commerce Department that the engines are subsidized and sold at below-market prices.
